BATH AND BODY WRAP

Bath: Add 4 tablespoons (or more, if necessary) to running bath water.
\nBody wrap: Using a brush and ceramic bowl, mix roughly 1\/2 cup of powder with a bit of hot water, gradually adding more until a smooth paste forms. Apply to entire body with brush or fingers. Cover in plastic wrap and a blanket. Relax and let sit 30 minutes. Finish the treatment with a hot shower or bath.<\/p>\n
